Day 4 Kumbakonam – Tanjore – Madurai
Visit the School of Iconography. Depart for Tanjore for lunch, sightseeing of Tanjore Temple and Fort and visit to Tanjore School of Art. Depart for Madurai. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 Madurai – Chettinad
Visit Chettinad for a day tour of Karaikudi to have a complete view of Chettiar’s lifestyle and habits. Lunch at Chettinad. Evening cultural performance and theme dinner.

Day 6 Chettinad – Vandanmedu
Visit Vandanmedu, a beautiful Cardamom Hill resort en route to Thekkady in Kerala. Overnight at hotel.
Day 7 Vandanmedu – Thekkady – Kumarakom
After breakfast, visit Spice Plantations. After lunch, depart for Kumarakum. Evening cultural performance and theme dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8 Houseboat
Full-day cruise on a houseboat. Lunch while cruising.

Day 9 Puttenangadi – Fort Cochin
