Sri Lanka Bungalow Tour (8 Days / 7 Nights)
Day 1 Colombo Airport – Colombo
Arrival at airport, welcome, assistance and transfer to Havelock Bungalow in Colombo. Afternoon city tour. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 Colombo – Pinnawela – Dambulla
Leave for Dambulla and en route visit the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela. Check-in at Culture Club. Afternoon visit to Rock Cave
Temple in Dambulla. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 Dambulla – Sigiriya – Polonnaruwa and return
Climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress after breakfast. Proceed to Polonnaruwa for sightseeing. Return to Culture Club for overnight stay.
Day 4 Dambulla – Matale – Kandy
Visit a Spice Garden and a Batik factory in Matale. Check-in at Hantana Bungalow. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Kandy by three-wheelers (Tuk Tuk). Evening cultural dance show and visit to the Temple of Tooth Relic.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 5 Kandy – Nanu Oya – Nuwara Eliya
Take the train from Kandy Railway Station to Nanu Oya. Transfer to Confifi Bungalow in Nuwara Eliya. Afternoon sightseeing tour.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 Nuwara Eliya – Horton Plains and return
Excursion to Horton Plains, returning to Confifi Bungalow for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 Nuwara Eliya – Kithulgala – Beruwela Beach
Soft white water rafting at Kithulgala, the location used for the famous film ‘The Bridge on the River Kwai ‘. Transfer to the Eden Resort & Spa in Beruwela Beach for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8 Beruwela Beach – Colombo Airport or remain at Beruwela Beach
After breakfast, transfer to the airport, or extend your stay at the Eden Resort & Spa, Riverina Hotel, Club Palm Garden or Confifi Beach Hotel.
